Como todo en esta vida hay que ser un poco constante y adquirir los habitos que te enseñan en esta dieta. Si la sigues, adelgazas seguro y sin restrinciones de alimentos ni de cantidades. Tu pones los límites a razón de los puntos que tengas disponibles al dia.&lt;br /&gt;El apoyo que te brindan en las reuniones es importante.
